H2 Interiors, LLC was established in 2002 as a company focused on commercial interiors. It has expanded services to include construction and specialized services in commercial interior finish-outs.

The H2 Interiors mission is to provide our customers with the optimum assistance and services to fit their budget and accomplish their needs. As such, we provide help with all stages of building a new business, from the conceptual design of a venue through construction and finish-out of the space.

Our areas of expertise for design consultation include meeting with clients and tailoring their building requests to their business needs. This is done to provide businesses and individuals with the most functional and visually pleasing environment. For larger developments, we can design new MEP layouts or coordinate new MEP to existing systems. All drawings provided are done in compliance of international building codes.

We specialize in interior finish-outs for new or existing businesses. We provide construction insurance, building permits, and schedule inspections. H2 Interiors, LLC coordinates framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. Most important, we work as a team with tenants, landlords, and realtors to manage projects effectively and efficiently.

Finally, we provide “as-built” drawings for all projects, both large and small. In addition, H2 Interiors, LLC provides MEP design consultation and “As-Built” blueprints for larger projects.
